Signing in
Sign in with Google, or with a one-time link we email to you. There is no password. Your account belongs to the email address you sign in with.
- My analysis is missing. You most likely signed in with a different email address or Google account. Sign out, then sign in again with the one you used before.
- The sign-in email has not arrived. Check your spam folder, wait a minute, and request a new link. Each link works once.
- I want to change my account email. Email support@ratemyfaceai.app from your current address and tell us the new one.
How your photos are protected
Your browser encrypts your photos before they are uploaded, with a key that never leaves your browser. Our servers store only the encrypted file and hold no key, so we cannot open your photos, and neither can anyone who gets hold of our database.
This has one practical effect. If you sign in on another device or clear your browsing data, your measurements and scores still load, but the photos cannot be opened there. Upload the photos again to see your points drawn on your face.
What we store, and who can see it
- Stored: your encrypted photos, your landmark points, the answers you gave during setup, and your email address. Your scores are recalculated from the points.
- Who can see it: only you. If you ask us for help, we can see your landmark points and scores, but not your photos.
- Training: we never train models on your photos, points or results, and our processors are contractually barred from doing so. There is no setting to switch off, because it never happens.
- How long: your points and photos are destroyed automatically 12 months after your last visit, or sooner if you delete them.

Deleting your analysis
Scroll to the bottom of your results and select Delete my analysis. This destroys your landmark points and your encrypted photos. It cannot be undone. Your account and any subscription stay as they are, and you can start a new analysis.

- Scroll to the bottom of your results and select Delete my account.
- Confirm, then open the link we email you to finish the deletion.
Deleting your account destroys your analysis, your photos and your sign-in record. It also cancels any subscription at once, with no refund for the rest of the period. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the subscription instead. See Plans, billing & refunds. We keep payment records only as long as tax law requires; they contain no face data.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion under GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA or similar laws, email privacy@ratemyfaceai.app. We answer within 30 days.
Who can use RateMyFaceAI
You must be 18 or older. The analyzer is not available in Illinois, because Illinois biometric law covers scans of face geometry.
